Wall Relief

I came of artistic age in the late seventies, roaming the industrial landscape of New York City. Riveted steel girders holding aloft the literal weight of humanity, ancient wooden tanks atop buildings, spinning air vents, bars on windows and, especially, the grid patterns of manhole covers hold my imagination. I continue to explore material and what can be done to it to achieve that simple and elegant beauty.

These pieces are but a few of the examples in Bronze and Aluminum, either cast or fabricated.
